BIOGRAPHY

Vasily Mosin is a professional athlete and coach from Kazan, Russia, and an Olympic bronze medalist in double trap shooting from the London 2012 Games. He has been passionate about shooting sports since childhood, originally starting with rifle and pistol shooting. At the age of 13, Vasily transitioned to shotgun shooting, under the guidance of his first coach, Yuri Alekseev.

Vasily graduated with honors from the Pediatrics Faculty of the Kazan State Medical Institute with a degree in Pediatric Surgery. Balancing his work in a clinic with high-performance sports, he decided after the 2008 Olympic Games to fully dedicate himself to his true passion—shooting. He later earned a diploma in Sports Management from the Russian International Olympic University in Sochi, Russia.

Today, Vasily is a renowned professional shooting coach and an advocate for health and fitness.
